Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested within 30 days of the transaction date by contacting the website admin by email at myteachershop@gmail.com or by contacting the vendor directly.  The refund will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the funds from the vendor.

Delivery policy

The admin will pay out new orders once each day.  Vendors can expect to receive funds within 24 hours of any new order(s), or confirmation in the form of a tracking link or confirmation number.  Payouts may be sent via Zelle, Wise, or paypal as the vendor chooses.

Cancellation Policy

Vendors may choose to cancel their account and have their information removed from the platform.  To do this, email the admin at myteachershop@gmail.com to request the cancellation.  The vendor’s page will be taken down within 24 hours of receiving the request.
